Owner and content
All course materials, including modules, handouts, assessments, slide decks, templates, scripts, and videos, are owned by AI Literacy Learning Hub, LLC unless otherwise stated.
License to you
When you enroll, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own professional learning. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.
No sharing or redistribution
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share login access, post to shared drives, upload to public or private websites, or otherwise redistribute any part of the materials without written permission.
District, school, or organizational use
Purchase of this course grants a single-user license for use by one individual (the enrolled account holder) unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If you want to use, share, assign, distribute, or make the materials available to multiple staff, students, contractors, or locations, including within a school, district, clinic, university, or other organization, you must obtain a separate written organizational license (such as a school, site, or district license) from AI Literacy Learning Hub, LLC.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, remove copyright notices, or assist others in violating these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or infringed our intellectual property.
Disclaimers
The course is educational and informational and does not constitute legal advice, clinical advice, or mental health treatment. You are responsible for complying with your professional, ethical, and legal obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Literacy Learning Hub, LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the course.
Refund policy
Individual Purchases (Single-User Licenses)
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20 percent of the course. If you are eligible, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase email and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Organizational Purchases (School, District, University, Clinic, or Other Organization)
Organizational licenses are generally non-refundable once access has been provisioned (for example seats issued, accounts created, or materials delivered). If you need to cancel before access is provisioned, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on cancellation options.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may make exceptions at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date will be posted at the top of this page.
